Q1: can you share a little bit about you and the work that you do?

I am considered a "Hybrid" in the business world. I have 30 years of hands-on industry experience as an Executive Leader for prominent companies, including The Home Depot, Lowe's, Barnes & Noble, PetSmart, Shopko, Toys R Us, Publix, and Festival Foods, as well as 20 years of experience as a Retail Research Analyst.

I am the Founder & CEO of 𝐍𝐞𝐰 π‘πžπ­πšπ’π₯ π„𝐭𝐑𝐨𝐬, which assists retailers & businesses {regardless of size, scope, or niche} with alleviating and addressing common "Pain Points" through consumer insights, anticipatory intelligence, and retail research.

I have conducted over 1,000 consultations and engagements with clients on Wall Street, including Hedge Fund Managers, Equity Investment Partners, retailers (from niche players to Big-Box Stores), business owners, and entrepreneurs in the retail sector.
