i left my dream job at warby parker 3 years ago with a question that wouldn't let me go: why is it so hard to find real, practical advice about scaling stores?

i'd spent 10 years at apple & warby parker (20→200 stores!) learning what actually works. but the best strategies were scattered across overpriced consultants, outdated books, and hard-won experience.

so i decided to change that.

now i obsessively i track retail’s best moves, consult with rising retailers, & share everything i learn. bc retail is my roman empire (not roman ruins 🙄).
