september energy is hitting hard this year.

the texas heat is kinda lifting, back-to-school aisles are picked over, pumpkin spice groceries are hitting shelves, and spirit halloween stores are popping up everywhere.

and if you work in retail you know what this really means… 

holiday crunch time.

my mission with this newsletter is to make retail more merry all year round, but especially during the most magical (& sometimes stressful) time of the year. so when clip money asked to partner on a project that could truly help retail operators step into this season with clarity and confidence, i was thrilled.

some of you might remember back in april when i gushed (unapologetically) about their brilliant way of modernizing retail cash management.

this time, we’re teaming up on something even more special…

the 2025 retail holiday pulse survey.

the goal of the survey is to gather real insights from real people (you!) about holiday shopping behavior. in october, we’ll gather it all up, sift through it, and share back the truths that can help us all navigate the holidays smarter, lighter, & merrier.
